脑卒中患者肺部感染与血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中患者肺部感染与血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(SIL-2R)水平的相关性,为提高该类患者的诊疗质量提供临床依据。方法选取2012年3月-2015年1月脑卒中患者共137例,其中脑梗死77例设为脑梗死组,脑出血60例设为脑出血组,同期纳入具有可比性的健康体检者共130名,作为对照组;采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测所有患者的血清SIL-2R浓度水平,对比分析3组检测对象SIL-2R水平差异。结果脑梗死组、脑出血组患者的血清SIL-2R浓度平均水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑梗死及脑出血患者肺部感染的血清SIL-2R平均水平均显著高于无肺部感染患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清SIL-2R浓度水平与脑卒中患者肺部感染存在密切的相关性,其对脑卒中患者肺部感染具有重要的预测价值。OBJECTIVE To study the correlation between the pulmonary infections and the serum soluble interleu‐kin‐2 receptor of the patients with cerebral apoplexy so as to improve the quality of treatment of such patients . METHODS A total of 137 patients with cerebral apoplexy who were treated in the hospital from Mar 2012 to Jan 2015 were enrolled in the study and divided into the cerebral infarction group with 77 cases and the cerebral hemor‐rhage group with 60 cases ,meanwhile ,130 healthy people who were comparable were included and assigned as the control group .The level of SIL‐2R was determined by using double antibody sandwich enzyme‐linked immunosor‐bent assay ,and the level of SIL‐2R was compared among the three groups .RESULTS The average level of SIL‐2R of the cerebral infarction group and the cerebral hemorrhage group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P＆lt;0 .05） .The average level of SIL‐2R of the cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage patients with com‐plicated pulmonary infections was significantly higher than that of the patients without complicated pulmonary in‐fections（P＆lt;0 .05） .CONCLUSION The level of SIL‐2R is closely related to the pulmonary infections in the patients with cerebral apoplexy ,and it has significant value in prediction of pulmonary infections in the patients with cere‐bral apoplexy .
