摘 要:目的探讨CT多平面重组技术在诊断肿瘤患者化疗后继发肺部真菌感染中的价值,以期早期诊断,提高诊断正确率,降低医院感染率,提高临床治疗效果。方法选取2012年1月-2014年3月95例肿瘤化疗后继发肺部真菌感染患者为研究对象,均采用CT薄层扫描,原始数据采用多平面重组技术作各个方向的图像重建,观察在影像学上的形态表现,同时和横断位上进行比较。结果在经CT多平面重组技术重建的各层面和常规横断位进行比较,横断位显示支气管征13例占13.68%、深分叶征43例占45.26%、胸膜凹陷征57例占60.00%、磨玻璃5例占5.26%、大片实变15例占15.79%、片状阴影18例占18.95%、空气半月征5例占5.26%,CT多平面重组技术处理后结果支气管征38例占40.00%、深分叶征56例占58.95%、胸膜凹陷征46例占48.42%、磨玻璃38例占40.00%、大片实变37例占38.95%、片状阴影39例占41.05%、空气半月征49例占51.58%,各项结果比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在短毛刺征上比较差异无统计学意义。结论 CT多平面重组技术能早期诊断出肿瘤化疗后继发肺部真菌感染,有助于临床诊治。OBJECTIVE To explore the value of CT multi‐planar reconstruction technique in diagnosis of secondary pulmonary fungal infections in the tumor patients after chemotherapy so as to achieve the early diagnosis ,raise the accuracy of diagnosis , reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections , and improve the clinical curative effect . METHODS From Jan 2012 to Mar 2014 ,a total of 95 tumor patients who had the secondary pulmonary fungal in‐fections after chemotherapy were recruited as the study objects ,all the participants received the thin‐layer CT scanning ,the image reconstruction was conducted in each direction for the raw data by using multi‐planar recon‐struction image reconstruction technique ,the morphological imaging performances were observed and compared with the transverse position .RESULTS As compared with the layers reconstructed through the CT multi‐planar re‐construction of recombinant technique and the conventional transverse position ,the transverse position revealed that there were 13 (13 .68% ) cases of bronchus ,43 (45 .26% ) cases of deep lobulation ,57 (60 .00% ) cases of pleural indentation ,5 (5 .26% ) cases of ground glass ,15 (15 .79% ) cases of large consolidation ,18 (18 .95% ) cases of patchy shadows ,and 5 (5 .26% ) cases of air crescent sign;the CT multi‐planar reconstruction technique showed that there were 38 (40 .00% ) cases of bronchus ,56 (58 .95% ) cases of deep lobulation ,46 (48 .42% ) ca‐ses of pleural indentation ,38 (40 .00% ) cases of ground glass ,37 (38 .95% ) cases of large consolidation ,39 (41 .05% ) cases of patchy shadows ,and 49 (51 .58% ) cases of air crescent sign ,and there was significant differ‐ence in each item (P〈0 .05) ,however ,there was no significant difference in the spicule sign .CONCLUSION The CT multi‐planar reconstruction technique may contribute to the early diagnosis of the secondary pulmonary fungal infections in the tumor patients after chemotherapy ,and it is con
