摘　　要：信用是农民安身立命之本,农户征信对于促进农村金融改革与服务"三农"发展意义重大,立法工作是实现农户征信法治化的前提和必要条件。在对农户征信法制现状与问题进行分析的基础上,结合当前法治形势,对加强农户征信立法的必要性、可行性以及农户征信法律制度的构建提出具体建议。Credit is the essence and base for farmers to live and survive; farmer credit reference is of great signifi-cance for promoting rural financial reform, and serving the development of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”;legislation is a necessary premise and precondition for legal governance of farmer credit reference.Based on an anal-ysis of the present status quo and existing problems for farmer credit reference legal system, combining with the cur-rent situation of legal governance, the paper makes specific proposals such as stressing on the necessity and feasibili-ty of farmer credit reference legislation, and constructing farmer credit reference legal system.
