基于“军卫一号”护理记录系统的设计与应用

摘　　要：目的设计护理记录系统,减轻临床护士工作负担,提高工作效率,规范护理文书的书写及管理,提升护理服务质量。方法在遵循相关法律、法规及护理规范的基本要求下,利用Powerbuilder软件,设计基于"军卫一号"的数据库系统并应用于临床实践。结果护理记录系统的使用,改进了护理工作的方法,提高了护理文书质量,减轻了护士负担,提高了工作效率,实现了数据共享。结论系统简洁高效,数据准确,适合临床应用。Objectives To design a nursing record system so as to reduce the working burden of clinical nurses, improve work efficiency, standardize the writing and management of nursing records, and to enhance the quality of nursing services. Methods In line with the basic requirements of the relevant laws, regulations and the nursing rules, the PowerBuilder software was deployed to design a database system based on No.1 Military Medical Project for clinical practices. Results Application of the nursing record system had contributed to the improved nursing method, higher quality of nursing documents, reduced burden, higher work efifciency and realizing the data sharing for nurses. Conclusion This simple and high-efifciency system could provide accurate data and was suitable for clinical application.
