摘　　要：根据医院中心供气和气垫床气泵的供气特点进行设计，在中心供气与气垫床的床垫之间加装一个空气减压阀，使输出压力在0～0.03MPa内可调。由于医院中心供气取代了气泵，从而避免了气泵带来的故障、噪声、气压不稳定等问题，改进后的YQ-P系列医疗用喷气气垫床使用更方便、安全，操作更简单，节省了空间，对于危重患者压疮的防治效果更满意，实现了医院内资源共享。According to the characteristics of central air supply and air supply from the pump of the air cushion bed, the YQ-P series medical jet air cushion bed was improved through addition of an air-pressure-reduced valve between central air supply and the air bed mattress so as to make the output pressure adjustable from 0 to 0.03 MPa. Adoption of central air supply instead of the air pump in the hospital eliminated various problems that might be caused by the air pump, such as faults, noise and pressure instability. This improved YQ-P series medical jet air cushion bed demonstrated its convenient safe, easy-to-operate and space-efifcient features in more effective prevention and treatment of pressure sores for critically-ill patients and realization of resource sharing in the hospital.
