摘 要:目的解决目前国内医用诊断X射线机剂量计的校准需求,建立用于校准剂量计的标准辐射条件。方法本研究依据IEC 61267:2005标准,采用激光标线对空间进行定位,并进行了定位精度的不确定度分析;使用标准剂量计对辐射强度进行测量,确定RQR3/5/8/9/10辐射质的附加过滤厚度。结果通过测量、分析和计算,确定了定位系统引入的不确定度;通过测量半值层对辐射剂量的衰减量,确定了附加过滤的厚度。结论此辐射场的各项参数符合标准IEC 61267:2005的要求,可以用于建立医用诊断X射线机剂量计校准装置。Objective To meet the requirements of calibration for the medical diagnostic X-ray equipment dose meter through establishment of the radiation conditions. Methods According to the IEC 61267:2005 Standard Medical Diagnostic X-Ray Equipment - Radiation Conditions for Use in the Determination of Characteristics, line marking with laser was used to determine the position in the space and the uncertainty of positioning accuracy was analyzed. Then, the additional filter of RQR3/5/8/9/10 radiation quality was determined through measurement of radiation intensity with the standard dose meter. Results With measurement, analysis and calculation, the uncertainty of positioning was determined. And the thickness of the additional filters was confirmed through measurement of the dose attenuation caused by the half-value layer. Conclusion The parameters of the radiation field were in line with the IEC 61267 Standard, which can be used for establishment of the calibrator unit for the dose meter of medical diagnostic X-ray equipment.
