摘　　要：目的研究医疗设备集中管理中心的运行机制,对其运作过程中出现的问题加以分析解决。方法分析医疗设备集中管理中心在医院中的作用、租赁流程、不良事件以及日常运行中相关事务,并结合8.2昆山事件分析医疗设备集中管理中心在应急管理过程中的管理策略。结果医疗设备集中管理中心能够有效提高设备利用率、缓解部门设备财务压力,而且其理念可以扩大至科研和军事设备的管理等领域。结论医疗设备集中管理中心运行需要协调科室、厂家以及自我经营等多方面的内容,需要根据实际情况制定科学合理的制度规范,为集中管理中心的运行提供保障。Objective To study the operation mechanism of centralized management of medical equipment, analyze and solve the problems during its operation. Methods The role of medical equipment management center, renting process, adverse events and the relevant daily affairs were analyzed. Additionally, the management strategy of medical equipment management center during emergency management was also analyzed based on the 8.2 Kunshan event. Results The medical equipment management center can effectively improve the equipment utilization rate, ease financial pressures, and the centralized management concept can be extended to other fields, such as the scientific research and military equipment management. Conclusion The medical equipment management center involved many affairs such as coordinating departments and equipment suppliers as well as self-management. Hence, scientific and reasonable regulations should be developed according to practical conditions so as to ensure its successful operation.
