摘 要:铁路制存梁场大临工程设计是铁路施工组织设计的重中之重。由于设计经常存在梁场设计深度不够、设计规模和大临工程费用不足等问题,通过对相关设计暂规及文件的重点解读,结合多个项目的设计实践,深入分析存在问题的产生原因,进一步明确各设计阶段设计内容和设计深度。以梁场设计规模确定为重点,将实际铺架工程的施组转换为数学模型分析的方法,通过对不同制存梁台位规模的分析比选,得出更为合理的梁场规模,同时对于T梁制存梁台座基础设计,在满足原相关规定的基础上提出更为具体的指导设计意见,以便指导设计人员更好地完成铁路制存梁场大临工程设计工作。The design of large-scale of temporary works in railway beam fabricating yard is key to railway construction organization. In vies of such problems in the design of beam fabricating yard as insufficiency in details and scale, and cost of large-scale temporary works, this paper tries to find out the causes through studying relevant design provisions and documents and the design practices in various projects, and define details and depths in every step of design. With focus on design scale, the organization of actual erection operations are illustrated by mathematical model to determine appropriate yard scale with analysis of comparison of different scales of beam manufacturing tables, and proposals are made to guide the design of T beam manufacturing table foundation, which may serve as references for future design of large-scale of temporary works in railway beam manufacturing yard.
