摘 要:校园足球活动对于增强青少年体质、塑造青少年个性、突破我国足球困境有重要意义。经过5年的发展,活动取得了一定成绩,但也暴露出诸多问题。解决校园足球开展过程中存在的问题迫在眉睫。在USYS的组织和管理下,足球已成为最受美国青少年欢迎的运动,不仅参与人数多,并且还形成了一套完善的运动员培养体系。运用文献分析法对USYS运动员培养体系进行分析,梳理出该体系的总体框架及具体内容,并从中提炼出USYS所体现的联动性、科学性、严谨性、专业性、规范性和人文关怀性等特点,为解决我国校园足球开展过程中存在的问题带来启示。Campus football activ[tes have very tmportan~ slgmnca^cc ~u hance their physique, shape the personality and breakthrough the dilemma of China football. After five years of development, certain results have been achieved, but many problems are ex- posed. In this case, it's urgent to solve the problems existing in activity. Under the organization and management of USYS, football has become the most popular activities with American teen- agers, not only the number of participates, but also formed a perfect player development system. By using literature review, this paper analyzes player development system of USYS, and the system's framework and content which reveal some USYS' s characters such as interactive, scientific, rigorous, professional, normative and humanistic care. The player development system of USYS brings some enlightenment on how to s solve the problems existing in China's cam pus football activity.
