摘　　要：通过对2001—2014年我国男子游泳运动员最好成绩的变化和与世界最好成绩变化的比较,以及2009年和2013年近两届全运会男子游泳运动员比赛情况的调查,反映出中国男子游泳成绩的巨大进步。此外,浙江男队的"异军突起",为男子游泳项目的进步做出了巨大的贡献,他们的成功经验值得推广和借鉴。同时,还要看到在男子游泳发展过程中出现的新问题,如"新、老更替"影响了优势项目的发展,以及普遍存在的比赛技术不够全面,特别是出发、转身环节技术薄弱等限制成绩进步和运动水平提高等现实问题。This paper makes comparison on change betweeen Chinese men＇s best performance and world best performance since 2001, and two editions of National Games in 2009 and 2013,the result reflects the huge progress of Chinese men＇s swimming. In addition, the new force suddenly rises of Zheiiang men＇s swimming team has made great contribution for men＇s event development, their successful experience is worthy of promotion and reference. At the same time, we should see the emergence of new problems in men＇s swimming development, such as new and old swimmers replacement, which can affect the development of advantage events, as well as imperfection technique, especially poor starting and turning, which limits performance progress and skill improvement.
