临床路径在混合痔外剥内扎术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床路径在混合痔患者中的应用效果。方法选择102例行混合痔外剥内扎术实施的临床路径诊疗病例,以及98例行混合痔外剥内扎术患者,未实施路径诊疗病例作为对照组,比较两组疼痛、伤口愈合时间以及平均住院天数、平均药费、平均总费用。结果临床路径组患者平均住院天数降至(12.01±3.56)d、平均药费下降为(383.71±100.03)元、平均总费用降至(2622.67±103.78)元,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);疼痛程度减轻(U=-3.31,P<0.01)、伤口愈合时间降至(11.26±0.82)d,明显低于对照组(U=-9.20,P<0.01)。结论应用临床路径对混合痔外剥内扎术患者实施检查、治疗、护理,其效果明显优于传统模式的混合痔外剥内扎术,减轻了疼痛、促进了伤口愈合,有利于促进患者康复。Objectives To investigate the application effect of clinical pathways in patients of mixed hemorrhoid received within the outer shell pierced surgery. Methods 102 cases of patients of mixed hemorrhoid received within the outer shell pierced surgery whoapplied clinical pathways were setected as experimental group, and 98 cases who not applied clinical pathways were selected as control group, then made a comparison between the two groups in aspects such as pain, wound recovery time, average hospitalization days, drug costs and total expenses. Results In the experimental group, the average hospitalization days decreased to （12. 01±3.56） days, the average drug costs decreased to （383.71 ± 100. 03） yuan and the average total expenses decreased to （2622.67 ± 103.78） yuan, which had statistical significance compared with the control group （P〈0. 01）. The pain degree was relieved （U=-3.31, P〈0. 01） and the wound recovery time decreased to （11.26 ± 0. 82） days, which were obviously lower compared with the control group （U=-9.20, P〈0. 01）. Conclusions To conduct examination, treatment and nursing on patients of mixed hemorrhoid received within the outer shell pierced surgery with the application of clinical pathways would get better effect compared with the traditional mode, which could relieve the pain, promote the wound recovery and good for the rehabilitation of the patients.
