摘　　要：目的研究设计住院病案管理系统,规范医院病案管理工作。方法系统在Windows平台下使用C#、Powerbuilder11.5进行开发,使用Microsoft SQL Server提取医院HIS、EMR数据作为数据库编制该系统软件。结果该系统的应用实现了医院卫生统计、病案流通、质控、回收、催交、编目、入库等业务的计算机操作,增加了病案管理日常工作的统计记录,确保了病案管理工作的优质高效。结论软件具有兼容性好、操作简单、效率高等特点,为规范化、制度化、信息化的病案管理工作提供了保障。Objectives To study the design of medical record management system, and standardize the work of medical records in the hospital. Methods To develop the system on the basis of windows platform with the application of C#, Powerbuilderl 1.5, and extract the HIS and EMR data of the hospital with the application of Microsoft SQL Server as database to establish the system software. Results The application of the system realized the computer operations included hospital health statistics, medical record distribution, quality control, recycling, cataloguing, storage, query and other business, increased the statistical records of daily medical records management work, and ensured the high quality and medical records management work. Conclusions The system has characters such as good compatibility, simple operation, high efficiency and so on, which provide guarantee for the standardization, institutionalization and informatization of medical records management work.
