摘　　要：从研究当前转型中的出版业发展运用PE投资的意义出发,指出在出版资本市场中的PE投资发展概况,并总结出其特点和存在问题,由此归纳PE投资对于我国出版企业投资管理带来的四点启示,即正确认识投资、选择适合的投资者、融资前的必要准备和融资模式的选择。This paper embarks from the significance of the PE investment＇ development and application during the publishing transition period, proposes the development situation of PE investment in the publishing capital market. Then, it summarizes its characteristics and existing problems. At last, the article induces four kinds of revelations about the capital market investment management for publishing companies in China. They are the correct understanding of the investment, choose the suitable investors, the necessary preparations before the financing and the choice of the financing modes.
