摘 要:通过四种不同的合成方法合成了水铝钙石样品,并对其进行了XRD,FT-IR和SEM的表征。同时也对水铝钙石单独作为聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂的性能以及水铝钙石不同添加量的热稳定性能分别进行了研究。结果表明,以偏铝酸钠为铝源水浴晶化法合成的水铝钙石不仅晶形和结构最好,而且热稳定效果也比其他三种合成方法的样品要好。同时结果也表明水铝钙石单独作为热稳定剂的最佳用量为4份。In this paper, hydrocalumites were prepared from four different methods and the synthesized samples were characterized and analyzed by XRD, FT-IR, and SEM. The thermal stability of PVC composites containing different hydrocalumite additives was tested systematically. And the effect of varying the amount of hydrocalumites on the thermal stability of PVC also was researched. The results showed that the crystal shape, structure and thermal endurance properties for PVC sample made by the way of coprecipitation method from NaAlO2 is the best of all the four samples. The results also showed that the optimum amount of hydrocalumites in PVC is 4phr.
