摘  要:利用发动机尾气余热对低浓度乙醇进行催化重整,生成一种富含H2、CO等可燃性气体的发动机替代燃料。由于重整反应过程中,温度、流量、乙醇浓度等因素会对重整产物的组分造成影响,使燃料的理论空燃比发生变化,设计了一种低浓度乙醇重整燃料发动机空燃比控制系统,对发动机的空燃比进行实时调节,并在低浓度乙醇重整燃料发动机上进行试验。试验结果表明,空燃比控制系统基本达到了设计的预期效果,降低了发动机的排气温度,提高了发动机的燃料利用率。Use engine exhaust heat on low concentration ethanol catalytic reforming to produce an engine alternative fuels containing flammable gas such as H2, CO. Because temperature, flow rate, the ethanol concentration and other factors will affect the components of the reformate in the process of reforming reaction to change fuels' theoretical air - fu- el ratio, We design an Air - fuel ratio Control system of Low concentration alcohol reforming engine to make a real - time adjustment of the engine' s air- fuel ratio and we experiment with Low concentration alcohol reforming engine. The re- sult of the experiment demonstrates that this Air- fuel ratio Control system achieves the desired effect, reduces the temperature of the engine exhaust gas and improves the fuel efficiency of the engine.
