南京市浦口区生物农业发展现状与对策

摘　　要：近年来,南京市浦口区稳步实施、有序推进生物农业发展,以全市"一谷四园"生物农业发展布局为指南,加快推进浦口区生物农业园规划布局与建设,初步形成了"两核、一环"的总体格局。分析了生物农业产业规模较小、自主创新水平较低、推进平台推进效力较低等问题。提出了浦口区生物农业发展对策:一是优化产业布局,推进"建园"工程;二是强化招商引资,加快"补链"进程;三是把握关键环节,突出"强链"效果;四是突出集成思路,加大"扶持"力度。In recent years,government of Pukou District in Nanjing City has promote the development of biological agriculture steadily and orderly.It depends solely on the”a valley four parks”bio-agriculture development layout,accelerate the Pukou Biological Agriculture Park planning layout and construction,and initially formed the overall pattern calld”two cores,one ring”.Some problems such as the smaller scale of the biological agriculture industry,low level of independent innovation and the ineffective promotion of the platform operation were also analyzed.Therefore,the biological agriculture development countermeasures were proposedFirstly,to optimize the industrial layout,and promote the”garden”project;Secondly,to strengthen the investment and capital introduction,accelerating the process of”repair chain”;Thirdly,to grasp the key link,highlighting the”chain”effect;Lastly,to outstand integration idea,and give more support.
