摘 要:针对传统的电梯平衡系数检测方法费时、费力、效率低,测试结果误差大的问题,提出了一种基于嵌入式计算机的便携式平衡系数测试仪的设计方案,阐述了系统的硬件结构、软件流程。通过以单片机为核心的距离检测系统实现轿厢与对重的平衡位置检测。通过无线通信,实现主控系统与距离检测系统之间的数据通信。该测试仪的应用减小了传统测量方法带来的人为误差,使检测过程更高效,检测结果更准确。Aimed at the problem that the traditional elevator balance coefifcient detection method is time-consuming, laborious and inefifcient with large error in detection result, a portable elevator balance coefifcient test instrument is proposed which is based on embedded computer. This paper describes its hardware architecture and software process. Balance position detection of car and counterweight is completed by distance detection system using a single chip microcomputer as its core. Data communication is achieved with wireless communication between the host system and the distance detection system. Compared with traditional detection method, the application of this new instrument reduces human error, makes detection process more efifcient and makes detection results more accurate.
