摘　　要：介绍了住院病人护理服务满意度的定义,阐述了国内外研究住院病人护理服务满意度的测评方法,如访谈法、观察法、专家咨询法及量表测量法。重点介绍了目前常用的住院病人护理服务满意度的测评量表及其应用情况,指出我国住院病人护理服务满意度研究现存的问题。This paper introduced the definition of hospitalized patients’ satisfaction toward nursing service .It expounded the evaluation methods of studying hospitalized patients’ satisfaction toward nursing service at home and abroad ,such as interview ,observation method ,expert consultation method and scale measure method .It mainly introduced the present commonly used evaluation scale and its application situation of hospitalized pa‐tients’ satisfaction nursing service .It pointed out the existing problems in study on hospitalized patients’ satis‐faction tow ard nursing service in China .
