超早期零对接上肢康复操对乳腺癌改良根治术后肩关节功能康复影响的研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨超早期零对接上肢康复操对乳腺癌改良根治术后肩关节功能康复的影响。[方法]选择2011年10月—2014年3月入住我科的单侧乳腺癌行改良根治术的病人130例,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别采用超早期零对接上肢康复操和传统康复方法,比较两组肩关节功能恢复情况。[结果]不同时间段观察组肩关节功能恢复情况均优于对照组。[结论]超早期零对接上肢康复操可有效促进肩关节功能恢复,缩短康复时间,且无关节、肌肉等并发症发生。Objective：To probe into the influence of Ultra early zero docking upper limb rehabilitation gymnastics on shoulder joint function rehabilitation for breast cancer patients after modified radical mastectomy .Methods：To select 130 cases patients with unilateral breast cancer underwent modified radical mastectomy from 2011 Oc‐tober to 2014 March in our department and randomly divided into observation group and control group .They were accepted ultra early zero docking upper limb rehabilitation exercise and traditional rehabilitation methods respectively .Then to Compared the situation of shoulder joint function recovery in two groups .Results：Shoulder joint function recovery of the observation group in different time period was better than that of the control group .Conclusion：Super early zero docking upper limb rehabilitation exercise can effectively promote the func‐tional recovery of shoulder joint ,shorten the recovery time for breast cancer patients .And no occurrence of com‐plications such as of joint or muscle .
