摘　　要：目的探讨Caspase3在羊水过少产妇和羊水量正常的孕产妇血清中的表达差异。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测30例羊水过少和30例羊水量正常孕产妇外周血中Caspase3表达水平的差异。结果 Caspase3蛋白在实验组与对照组孕产妇的血清中均有阳性表达。实验组血清中的Caspase3蛋白平均浓度(124.2±16.8)比对照组高(86.7±19.4),其表达差异有统计学意义(t=2.28,P<0.05),同时在羊水过少组血清Caspase3与羊水量表达水平呈负相关(r_s=-0.45,P<0.05)。结论羊水过少组孕产妇血清中Caspase3蛋白的高表达,提示Caspase3在孕产妇血清中的异常表达可能是羊水过少发生的原因之一。Objective To explore the difference in Caspase3 expression in serum between pregnant women with oligohydramnios and normal pregnant women.Methods ELISA was performed to determine the concentration of Caspase3 expression in 30 cases of oligohydramnios （experimental group） and 30 normal cases （control group）.Results Caspase3 in serum was positively expressed in two groups.The expression of Caspase3 was higher in the experimental group （124.2 ±16.8） than in the control group （86.7 ±19.4）, and there was significant difference （t=2.28,P〈0.05）.At the same time the expression of Caspase3 showed a negative correlation with amniotic fluid volume in pregnant women with oligohydramnios （r =-0.45,P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The high expression of Caspase3 in serum of pregnant women with oligohydramnios indicates that abnormal expression of Caspase3 might be one of the causes of oligohydramnios.
