摘　　要：目的:研制医院移动式发光二极管(LED)光源观片灯,以解决临床科室医护人员查房时床旁阅片的问题。方法:采用可充电锂电池、LED发光管和电子技术相结合制作观片灯,其观察屏安装在可移动诊断车的正面,锂电池和控制部分安装在诊断车的最下层,使整体平稳稳定。结果:LED光源观片灯充满电后可连续使用7 h以上,观察屏平均亮度≥2000 cd/m2,且亮度可调整,能够满足医护人员查房阅片的使用要求。结论:此装置结构简单、操作方便,可在无电源条件下或停电时应急阅片,适用于各级医疗机构人员阅片使用。Objective：To help the medical clinical staff to view the patients’ medical films besides the beds at any time. Methods： Combining with the electric technology, the mobile LED film viewing illuminant system is composed by a recharging Li-ion battery of 48V12Ah and LED illuminants. The viewing screen is mounted in the front of the mobile diagnosis cart, the Li-ion battery and control system are placed in the lowermost layer to make the mobile car balanced. Results： With full-charged battery the system can work more than 7 hours, and the average observing brightness ≥ 2000cd/m^2; on the other hand, the brightness is controllable. These advantages can meet the demands of viewing the films during the ward rounds. Conclusion：The system is with simple structure, easy to operate. Meanwhile, the system can be used to view the film in the emergency conditions such like power failure or absent of power, the system can fully satisfy the medical staff viewing the film.
