摘　　要：目的:实行医疗设备的全程、动态管理,实现对业务流程精细化管控,提高设备完好率、使用率,提升科室的医疗设备管理水平。方法:系统设计通过工作流程归纳、人员分组设计及数据耦合分析等方式,建立医疗设备管理日常工作模型,实现人员、物资及业务的流程化管理。结果:系统设计提高了业务数据的真实性、可信度以及人员、物资和业务管理的信息化水平。结论:该系统的开发应用能够减轻管理人员的劳动强度,辅助科室管理,提高工作效率,为加快科学化管理提供借鉴,从而以最少的投入获得最大的社会效益与经济效益。Objective：To implement full medical equipment, dynamic management of business processes to achieve fine control, improve motivation equipment availability, utilization and mobilize members of the department, can help to raise the overall level of management departments. Methods： By induction of workflow, personnel grouping design, data analysis, the design of system establish medical engineering department daily working model and achieve establishment of process management personnel, materials, services. Results： The system designed to improve the authenticity and credibility of the department of business data, which improve the personnel, materials, information level business management and accelerate scientific management to provide reference. Conclusion： The system has the ability to reduce the labor intensity of transaction processing personnel, auxiliary department management, improve work efficiency, allowing minimal investment for maximum social and economic benefits.
