摘　　要：目的:探讨医疗设备使用率统计方法,实现设备使用情况的回顾性统计。方法:将设备与其可开展的收费项目进行关联后从医院信息系统(HIS)调取设备所在科室开展此类项目的所有信息,利用Excel计算单位时间内设备的使用次数,得到设备的使用率。结果:利用该方法统计了两类设备的使用率,结果与使用科室所登记的使用情况基本一致。结论:利用医疗设备使用率统计方法,实现了对可直接开展收费项目的设备的使用率统计,进而督促使用科室提高设备使用率,并促使其在选购医疗设备时慎重考虑、科学决策。Objective： To explore the method for detecting the equipment utilization rate. Methods：Firstly, the charge item was related to target equipments. Then, the HIS Data of the department which possesses this equipment was selected. Finally, usage frequency of equipment in unit time was calculated by Excel. Results：The method was used to calculate two classes of equipments and the result was similar to the records. Conclusion：The method can be used to estimate the equipment utilization rate and enhance the equipment service efficiency, therefore make a deliberation before equipment purchase.
