摘 要:目的:构建一套合理、有效的医院医学工程科绩效管理考核系统。方法:依据关键绩效指标法、平衡记分卡及层次分析法为理论基础,结合科室实际情况确定绩效评价的指标及其权重,对录入数据进行统计学分析,从而对科室人员的工作情况进行量化考核。结果:医学工程科绩效管理考核系统可对数据进行挖掘分析,具有灵活的报表生成功能,可提供完善的决策支持。结论:绩效管理考核系统的应用,可有效提高绩效考核的工作效率和质量,有利于科室进行持续的质量改进,以提高管理水平和服务能力。Objective:To construct a reasonable and effective military medical engineering and hospital performance evaluation index system. Methods:Based on key performance indicators (KPI) method, the balanced scorecard (BSC), analytic hierarchy process (AHP) as theoretical,to combination with the practical situation of department to determine the performance evaluation index and its weights, using statistical analysis to quantify the department personnel assessment. Results:Medical Engineering Division of performance management appraisal system for certain data mining analysis, a flexible report generation capabilities to provide comprehensive decision support. Conclusion:Effectively improve the efficiency and quality of performance assessment is conducive to continuous quality improvement department, improve management and service capabilities.
