摘　　要：目的:研究设计一种早期筛查并诊断、治疗新生儿视网膜病变的新型新生儿眼底成像系统,提供安全可靠的眼底筛查方法。方法:新生儿眼底成像系统以Microsoft Visual Studio2012作为开发平台,采用UI Window窗体进行界面设计,使用My SQL 5.0数据库对系统所涉及的数据进行管理。结果:新生儿眼底成像系统既可对婴幼儿眼底进行照相拍片,能够及时发现早期难以发现的先天性眼底疾病和视网膜病变,同时可用于婴幼儿荧光素眼底血管造影。结论:新型新生儿眼底成像系统具有宽视野、成像及时、真实清晰易保存图像的特点。Objective： Study and design a new system to screen and diagnosis retinopathy in newborns infant, providing a more safe and reliable method of pediatric ophthalmologist diagnosis and treatment. Methods： The interface of new system is based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2012, we design the interface by the UI Window and manage the data base by MySQL 5.0. Results： It realized to take pictures for newborn infant fundus imaging and discover the congenital fundus diseases and retinopathy in time, furthermore it can be used in the fluorescein fundus angiogram of newborns infant. Conclusion： It has the characteristics of wide visual field, timely imaging, image true clear and data easy to be conserved.
