磁共振含钆造影剂不良反应的分析及应对措施

摘　　要：目的：探讨磁共振（MR）含钆造影剂所致不良反应的临床特点及发生率,为临床抢救采取积极的应对措施。方法：对17930例磁共振成像（MRI）增强扫描患者静脉注射钆造影剂0.2-0.6 mm/kg后的资料进行分析,探讨其不良反应的发生情况。结果：17930例患者中发生不良反应27例,轻度不良反应25例,重度不良发应2例。结论：MR增强扫描静脉注射造影剂不良反应发生率虽低,但须做好必要的检查前准备,完善积极的应对措施是防止不良反应发生的重要环节。Objective：To investigate clinical charactaristics and incidence in the adverse reaction to Gd-DTPA contrast media in order to take active prevention measures for clinical rescue. Methods： From 2002 to 2013, 82000 cases receiving magnetic resonance imaging, of whom 17930 patients received enhanced MRI, were selected, and the adverse reaction to Gd-DTPA contrast media injection （0.2-0.6mm/Kg） was observed. Results：Adverse reaction was found in 27cases which included 25 cases of mild allergic reactions and 2 cases of severe allergic reaction. Conclusion：Although the incidence in adverse reaction to Gd-DTPA is very low, it is valuable to make the necessary prevention measures before the examination, and to take many positive measures to prevent adverse reaction.
