大型医用制冷设备防尘罩式清洁法的设计与应用

摘　　要：目的:解决医用制冷设备清洁保养过程中室内污染难题,以便定期对制冷设备清洁保养,保证制冷设备正常工作。方法:设计并制作可伸缩式防尘罩,并使用这种新方法实施制冷设备的除尘清洁。结果:采用防尘罩式除尘清洁方法,不影响正常工作、不污染工作环境,且简便高效,除尘彻底。结论:采用防尘罩式除尘清洁方法可达到预期效果,以解决医用制冷设备清洁保养难题,提高设备使用的可靠性。Objective： To solve the indoor pollution of dust and the difficulty to move large refrigeration equipment when cleaning and maintenance, clean them regularly and make sure refrigeration equipment work normally. Methods： Design and construct an extensible dust cover, and use the new method to clean all the refrigeration equipment in the blood center. Results： The new method remove dust completely, does not affect the normal work, no environmental pollution, simple, greatly improves the work efficiency. The number of over temperature of the temperature alarm system in the blood center reduce by 20%, and the fault rate of refrigeration equipment decrease obvious than before after applying the method to 120 pieces of refrigeration equipment. Conclusion： The new method meets the expected requirements, and can use it to the other equipment to improve the reliability of equipment.
