摘  要:目的:检验γ能谱分析中无源效率刻度技术的准确性。方法:在同一台HPGeγ能谱仪中,分别利用无源效率刻度技术和有源效率刻度技术对同一规格的水样品进行刻度实验,比较效率值的相对偏差。结果:利用无源效率刻度模拟和有源效率刻度实验,分别生成两条效率刻度曲线,通过比较无源效率与有源效率的最大相对偏差<10%,多数<3%。结论:对于水样品,无源效率刻度模拟的探测效率与实测的有源探测效率吻合较好,无源效率刻度技术可较好地应用于各类规格的水样品分析中。Objective: To test the accuracy of method of efficiency calibration by source less calibration. Methods:The energy spectrum in the same HPGe gamma, were calibrated by using the source less calibration and actual calibration technique for the same specification of the water samples, the efficiency value of relative deviation was compared. Results:Two efficiency calibration curve used by source less calibration and actual calibration were generated, the maximum relative deviation of the two methods is less than 10%, for most of the points the values are less than 3%. Conclusion:For the water samples, the efficiency obtained by source less calibration are in good agreement with the actual calibration data, so the efficiency calibration technique of source less calibration can be applied in various kinds of water samples for gamma spectrometry analysis.
