摘 要:目的:研究甘草多糖抗炎与抗胃溃疡作用。方法:采用小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性模型、小鼠乙醇型胃溃疡模型与利血平型胃溃疡模型,考察小鼠抗炎与抗胃溃疡作用效果。结果:甘草多糖高剂量组对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性抑制率为38.95%,低剂量组抑制率为15.41%;乙醇型胃溃疡模型中,甘草多糖高剂量组溃疡抑制率为61.39%,低剂量组为41.67%;利血平型胃溃疡模型中,甘草多糖高剂量组溃疡抑制率为13.39%,低剂量组为3.00%。结论:甘草多糖对毛细血管炎性渗透及乙醇型与利血平型胃溃疡均具有抑制作用,量效关系明显。Objective:Study on the anti-inflammatory and anti-gastric ulcer activities of glycyrrhiza polysaccharide. Methods:Ex amine the anti-inflammatory and anti-gastric ulcer effects for mice with the permeability model of mice abdomen capillaries and mice gastric ulcer models made by ethanol and reserpine. Results:The glycyrrhiza polysaccharide high dose group bad a 38.95% inhibition for the permeability of mice abdomen capillaries, and the low dose group had a 15.41% inhibition; the high dose group had a 61.39% gastric ulcer inhibition for the mice model made by ethanol, the low dose group had a 41.67% inhibition; the high dose group had a 13.39%inhibition for the model made by reserpine, and the low dose group had a 3.00% inhibition. Conclusion:The glycyrrhiza polysaccharide has a obvious inhibitory effects and dose-effect relationship for the models of the permeability of mice ab domen capillaries and mice gastric ulcer made by ethanol or reserpine.
