摘  要:目的:建立快速鉴别益母草片(云南永安制药有限公司)的近红外光谱一致性检验方法。方法:采集益母草片的近红外光谱,利用OPUS软件进行处理,建立益母草片的近红外光谱一致性检验模型,用不同厂家及功效相近样品的近红外光谱进行验证。结果:建立的近红外一致性检验模型可以快速、准确地判断出益母草片的真伪。结论:该方法是一种快速、简便、准确的分析技术,可用于药品快速检测和靶向抽验。Objective:To establish a near-infrared spectroscopic conformity test for rapid identification of Leonuri Herba Tablets. Methods: Near-infrared spectra (NIR) of Leonuri Herba Tablets were collected and operated by OPUS analysis software. It was established the near-infrared spectroscopic conformity test of Leonuri Herba Tablets. Samples from different factories and similar to the function of Elemene Injection verified the conformity test. Results : The proposed near-infrared spectroscopic conformity test correctly identified real and counterfeit drugs of Leonuri Herba Tablets. Conclusion:This method is rapid, simple and accurate analysis technology, which can be used in screening and sampling of van for drug testing.
