摘　　要：目的:建立快速鉴别益母草片(云南永安制药有限公司)的近红外光谱一致性检验方法。方法:采集益母草片的近红外光谱,利用OPUS软件进行处理,建立益母草片的近红外光谱一致性检验模型,用不同厂家及功效相近样品的近红外光谱进行验证。结果:建立的近红外一致性检验模型可以快速、准确地判断出益母草片的真伪。结论:该方法是一种快速、简便、准确的分析技术,可用于药品快速检测和靶向抽验。Objective：To establish a near-infrared spectroscopic conformity test for rapid identification of Leonuri Herba Tablets. Methods： Near-infrared spectra （NIR） of Leonuri Herba Tablets were collected and operated by OPUS analysis software. It was established the near-infrared spectroscopic conformity test of Leonuri Herba Tablets. Samples from different factories and similar to the function of Elemene Injection verified the conformity test. Results ： The proposed near-infrared spectroscopic conformity test correctly identified real and counterfeit drugs of Leonuri Herba Tablets. Conclusion：This method is rapid, simple and accurate analysis technology, which can be used in screening and sampling of van for drug testing.
