不寐从肝论治浅析

摘　　要：从肝与不寐的关系出发,对肝主疏泄、肝藏血、肝对他脏影响与不寐的关系加以论述。提出从肝论治,以平肝养血,疏肝行气,兼顾他脏为主要治法,对不寐患者进行临床证治。It is the discussion from the relation of liver to insomnia that liver controlling dispersion ,liver storing blood and the influence of liver to the other viscera have a special relationship to insomnia. Meanwhile, I suppose to treat insomnia from liver by the main treatment of balanceable liver and nourishing the blood, promoting the circulation of liver qi, and considering other viscera.
