摘　　要：[目的]探讨经皮Joimax椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术配合方法。[方法]分别从病人、护士及设备方面总结分析150例病人实施经皮Joimax椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出摘除术的护理配合方法。[结果]150例手术采取相应的手术配合方法,取得了较好的临床效果,手术期间无并发症发生。[结论]椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有切口小、出血少、术后下地活动早等优点,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。做好病人的心理护理、体位护理、注意保暖,加强仪器设备管理以及医患双方的自身防护是手术成功的重要保障。Objective： To probe into the operative coordination method of percutaneous Joimax percutaneous transforaminal microscope in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc protrusion. Methods：To summarize and analyze the nursing coordination method of 150 patients undergoing lumbar disc herniation surgery under the percutaneous Joimax transforaminal microscope respectively from aspects of patients, nurses and equipments. Results：The corresponding operative coordination method has been taken for the 150 cases of patients undergo- ing surgery, and the better clinical effect has been obtained, and there was no complications occurred during the operation. Conclusion：The transforaminal microscope treating patients with lumbar disc protrusion has the advantage of small incision, less bleeding and early postoperative ambulation, which is an effective method in the treatment of lumbar disc protrusion. It is the important safeguards of successful surgery to do well psychological care,postural care and pay attention to keep warm of patients, strengthen the equipment management and self protection both in doctors and patients.
