益肺健脾法配合三伏贴敷治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益肺健脾法配合三伏贴敷治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)的临床疗效以及对血清白介素-4(IL-4)的影响。[方法]将60例PAR患者按随机数字表法随机分为2组。治疗组30例,采用益肺健脾法配合三伏贴敷治疗;对照组30例,口服西替利嗪。观察治疗前、治疗后及治疗结束后3个月外周血IL-4含量变化,并观察临床症状、体征及临床疗效,用统计学分析两组间各项指标的差异。[结果]治疗组和对照组治疗后体征评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),IL-4水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但症状评分及临床疗效组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗结束后3个月两组体征评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但症状评分、临床疗效和IL-4水平均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]益肺健脾法配合三伏贴敷能有效治疗PAR,与其降低血清IL-4水平有关,提示其能调节患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子的失衡状态,对PAR患者的免疫状态有恢复作用且时间长久。[Objective] To observe the therapy effect with the combination of Yifei Jianpi Method and dog-day acupoint application of perennial allergic rhinitis（PAR）,and the changes of serum interleukin-4（IL-4）. [Methods]Sixty patients with perennial allergic rhinitis are randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients eath.The treatment group was treated with the combination of Yifei Jianpi Method and dog-day acupoint application,while control group was treated with cetirizine tables only. Serum level of IL-4 were measured before treatment,at the final treatment and 3 months after treatment.Clinical syndromes and physical signs were observed. [Results] Grade of physical signs and serum lever of IL-4 weren’t different after the final treatment between the treatment group and the control group（P〉0.05）. Grade of clinical symptoms and therapy effect were different after the final treatment between the treatment group and the control group（P〈0.01）. Grade of physical signs weren’t different 3 months after treatment between the treatment group and the control group（P〉0.05）.Grade of clinical symptoms and therapy effect and serum lever of IL-4 were different after 3 months treatment between the treatment group and the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] The combination of Yifei Jianpi method and dog-day acupoint application had extract curative effect in PAR,it was related with which can reduce serum level of IL-4. It can adjust the imbalance of Th1/Th2 and further improve immune state for long time in PAR patients.
