摘 要:对4种碎粘土砖粗骨料取代率(0、20%、30%和50%)在4个龄期(3d、7d、14d和28d)的96个混凝土试件进行了抗压强度和轴心抗拉强度试验,试验的再生混凝土净水灰比为0.45,目标强度等级为C30。在试验数据及参考文献数据的基础上,分别建立碎粘土砖粗骨料再生混凝土立方体抗压强度随龄期变化的经验公式及其28d龄期立方体抗压强度随粗骨料取代率变化的经验公式;回归得出碎粘土砖粗骨料再生混凝土轴心抗拉强度随龄期变化的经验公式,并建立各个龄期轴心抗拉强度与立方体抗压强度的换算关系。The cube compressive strength and the axial tensile strength of 96 recycled concrete members at ages of 3d, 7d, 14d, and 28d were carried out, and natural coarse aggregate (0, 20%, 30% and 50%) were replaced with crushed clay bricks coarse aggregate. The net water/cement is 0.45, and the concrete strength grade is C30. Based on the experi- mental results, the regression equation of crused clay bricks recycled concrete between the cube compressive strength and age; the equation between the 28d cube compressive strength and the natural coarse aggregate substitution ratio, the equation between the axial tensile strength and age, and the equation between the axial tensile strength and the cube compressive strength are all derived. The proposed equations can provide a better agreement with the experimental results. On the basis of the equations, the recycled concrete strength with crushed clay bricks coarse aggregate is well calculated.
