摘　　要：光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)可用于治疗多种癌前病变、恶性肿瘤、血管疾病和感染性疾病。其疗效不仅取决于光动力学反应对靶细胞的直接作用,病灶局部的炎性反应和免疫反应对疗效也有重要的间接影响。本文对光动力疗法的免疫效应(immunological effects)及其机理和意义进行了概述。Photodynamic therapy （PDT） can be used for the treatment of pre-cancerous diseases, malignant tumors, vascular diseases and infectious diseases. Not only can its efficacy be determined by the direct effects of photodynamic reactions on targeted cells, but also indirectly affected by local inflammatory responses and immune responses. This article will provide an overview on the immunological effects of PDT and their mechanisms and significance.
