5% 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗重症痤疮1例

摘　　要：目的 观察5%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗女性重症痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法 配制易透皮吸收的5%5-氨基酮戊酸溶液外敷于面部皮损区,避光封包1.5h,红光照射20min,7-12d治疗一次,共4次。观察疗效及不良反应。结果 2次治疗后均出现局部反应性红肿、脓疱、皮肤干燥等不适,经对症处理并延长治疗间隔时间后症状缓解。4次治疗后,面部皮脂溢出明显减少,脓性皮损基本消退,红斑减轻。1年后随访,患者肤质改善明显,局部除少量萎缩性瘢痕外未见新发皮损。结论 5%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗重症痤疮效果显著。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and salty of 5% 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic on female patient with severe ache.Methods The use of 5% 5-aminolevulinic acid solution is externally applied to skin, avoid light packet 1.5 hours, red light irradiation for 20 minutes, once 7 -12 day,a total of four times. Before and after treatment to observe therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were recordedResults Before the two treatment after local redness, pustule, dry skin discomfort, symptomatic treatment and prolong the treatment interval after the remission of symptoms, do not affect the treatment. After the 4 treatment,full face a significant reduction in the oil, the rash disappeared. After one year of follow-up, patients with skin in addition to depressed scar and no obvious lesions.Conclusion The effect of 5% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic treatment for severe acne is significant.
