教育信息资源开发与共享中的知识产权保护思考

摘　　要：随着教育信息化的发展和进步,教育信息资源开发共享与知识产权保护之间的矛盾越发尖锐,而解决好这两者之间的关系,对于教育信息资源效能的发挥,良好知识产权保护环境的营造,都有着至关重要的作用。因此,文章积极从这个角度出发,立足教育信息资源开发与共享中知识产权保护的关系,倡导从多个角度去促进教育信息资源开发共享与知识产权保护的融合。With the development of education informationization and progress, development of education informa- tion resources and the protection of intellectual property rights between the increasingly acute contradictions, and solve the relationship between the two, for the efficiency of education information resources, create a good environ- ment for the protection of intellectual property fights, has a vital role. Therefore, this article from the perspective of actively, basing on the education information resources development and sharing of the relationship between the pro- teetion of intellectual property fights, advocating from multiple perspectives to promote the development of education information resources and the protection of intellectual property rights.
