《国家基本药物目录》(2012版)新增抗血栓药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的：对杭州地区《国家基本药物目录》（2012版）新增的抗血栓药的用药数据进行统计分析，为临床合理选择《国家基本药物目录》的抗栓药提供依据。方法：采用金额分析法、数据汇总法对2011～2013年杭州地区17家三级医院和9家二级医院抗血栓药数据进行循证分析。结果：2011～2013年抗血栓药总增长率为12.68%和16.38%，其中氯吡格雷的增长率为12.68%、19.85%，进口药的权重是国产药的7.5倍、6倍和4.3倍。低分子肝素的增长率为13.70%、6.11%，进口和合资产品的金额占94%。尿激酶的增长率为-35.50%、-91.67%，均为国产制剂。结论：抗血栓药的临床用量稳步增长，氯吡格雷和低分子肝素：国产制剂增长率明显大于合资进口药，但金额的权重合资进口药占绝对优势；尿激酶的使用量急剧下降。新版《国家基本药物目录》增添抗血栓药是必要的。Objective： Analyse the utilization of antithrombotic agents added to the National Essential Drugs List （2012 version） in Hangzhou area for reference of clinical rational drug use.Methods： The consumption data of antithrombotic agents in 17 tertiary hospitals and 9 secondary hospitals of Hangzhou area during 2011-2013 were analyzed.Results： The total consumption of antithrombotic drugs in Hangzhou area showed an uptrend over the 3 years. Increase percentage in purchase sum was 12.68% and 16.38%. Growth rate in purchase sum of clopidogrel was 12.68% and 19.85%. Foreign investment and joint ventures was 7.5, 6 and 4.3 times larger than state-owned enterprise in the market share of clopidogrel. Growth rate of low molecular weight heparin was 13.70% and 6.11%, the percent of the market share of foreign investment and joint ventures was 94%. All products of urokinase belonged to state-owned enterprise, and it＇s increase rate was -35.50% and -91.67%.Conclusion：Clinical use of antithrombotic drugs in Hangzhou area increased step by step. For clopidogrel and low molecular weight heparin, increase ratio of products of state-owned enterprise was higher than foreign investment and joint ventures., but foreign investment and joint ventures accounted for the majority of market share. Clinical use of urokinase decreased year by year. Antithrombotic agents added to the new National Essential Drugs List was necessary. Clinical use of antithrombotic drugs had a bright future.
