甲磺酸伊马替尼致药物性肺损伤1例

摘　　要：1例59岁男性患者,6个月前确诊为慢性粒细胞白血病(CML),口服甲磺酸伊马替尼(格列卫)400mg/d治疗。2个月前感冒后患者出现活动后气短,逐渐加重,胸部CT检查提示间质性肺炎,结合病史及相关检查,考虑为甲磺酸伊马替尼所致,逐停用。给予糖皮质激素治疗,病情逐渐缓解。A 59-year-old man was diagnosed with CML and received imatinibmesylate 400mg/d for therapy of CML. Four months later, the patient developed shortness of breath on exertion and gradually worsened. Chest CT examination revealed interstitial pneumonia, and then imatinibmesylate was stopped. according to medical history and relational examinations. Glucocorticoids were given and his condition relieved gradually.
