摘  要:目的系统评价健康教育对艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人抗病毒治疗(ART)依从性的影响。方法应用相应检索策略搜索并获取相关研究的文献,根据纳入排除标准纳入15篇文献,对其进行数据提取,并建立数据库。之后采用定性描述以及Meta分析的系统评价方法进行分析。结果15篇文献中判断是否依从的标准不尽相同;干预方式为多种形式的健康教育,如:宣传手册、一对一访谈、同伴教育、集体授课、电话咨询、开展专题活动等;干预随访时间3个月、6个月、12个月及以上不等。Meta分析发现,与一般护理或宣教相比,实施健康教育干预可使HIV感染者/AIDS病人ART依从性提高至1.20倍[95%可信区间(CI):1.15~1.25],干预组与对照组ART依从性良好的比例比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。总体上15篇文献不存在发表偏倚。结论以健康教育为核心的干预手段是一项经济有效的干预措施,建议进一步标准化流程并深入实施。Objective To evaluate the influence of health education on ART adherence of HIV/AIDS patients in China. Methods Descriptive research for qualitative analysis and meta-analysis quantitative study were used. All the published data from databases were conducted among HIV/AIDS patients on ART of China. According to the selection and exclusion criteria, 15 relevant studies were included. Result The evaluation criteria of adherence are different; the interventions are a variety of forms of health education, such as.. brochures, one-on-one interviews, peer education, lessons, telephone consultation and thematic activities; the intervention time varies from 3 months to more than 12 months. The effect of health education on ART adherence of HIV/AIDS patients of the intervention group is 1.20 (95%CI:1.15 -1.25)times as much as that of control group. The difference between two groups was significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion Health education is an cost-effective method to improve ART adherence of HIV/AIDS patients, it should be further brought into practice.
