摘  要:针对车辆违章事件较多、监测范围广、时间与地点不确定、车辆难以自动识别并记录、交通管理部门对车辆违规监测等需求,利用Nios处理器完成视频图像处理算法来实现违规车辆的检测,主要将视频实时采集、压缩技术、无线网络传输技术、数据库技结合在一起,完成了基于Nios与UDP协议的车辆违章网络监测系统。测试结果表明该系统能够获取、保存,传输、显示违规车辆信息等,对未来道路交通安全与车辆违章管理具有一定的积极意义。A solution for traffic management departments need to monitor the vehicle violation and the problems of uncertainty of time and location, as well as automatic recognition of vehicle license plate. The Network Inspecting of Peccancy Monitoring System has been proposed in this paper. The hardware design scheme adopts SOPC technology based on Nios II processor and combines the real-time video capture, compression, wireless network transmission technology with database technology together. The system modules are implemented on Quartus II 9.0 and have been validated is realized by EP2C5T144C8 that includes Nios II embedded soft-core processors. The experimental result indicates that the Inspecting of Peccancy Monitoring System can realize data acquisition, display, storage and transfer functions directly and accurately. This hardware platform is of great use in controlling and monitoring systems and Having positive significance of the future vehicle violation of road traffic safety and management.
