摘 要:以单相正弦波驱动模块EGS002为核心器件,研究一种采用直流324~408V供电的高效率光伏逆变器.介绍了该光伏逆变系统的结构和单极性脉宽调制原理,对模块电路进行了详细的分析.实验测试表明,设计的光伏逆变器输出220V/50Hz交流电,转换效率大于98%,输出正弦波稳定,总谐波失真较小、工作性能可靠,还具有过压、欠压、过流和过热保护等功能.This paper takes single-phase sine wave drive module EGS002 as a core component to study a high efficiency photovoltaic inverter, whieh adopts power supply of DC 324-408 V. Structure and unipolar pulse width modulation of the photovohaic inverter system, and the modular circuit are specified. The experimental test shows that the photovoltaie inverter outputs alternating current of 220 V/50 Hz; its conversion effieiency is greater than 98%; its output sine wave is stable; its to- tal harmonic distortion is relatively small and its working performance is reliable. It also has the functions of overvohage pro- teetion, undervoltage protection, overcurrent proteetion and overtemperature protection.
