摘　　要：在我国乒超联赛快速发展的今天,代表行政力量的项目管理中心和社团性质的项目协会依然是"一套班子,两块牌子";在目前的运行体系下,联赛各方难以结成真正的利益共同体,由此带来了一系列的问题。该研究在对乒超联赛当前存在的一些主要问题展开深入剖析的基础上,总结归纳出乒超联赛在职业化发展中的经验与教训,提出乒超联赛未来的发展路径,为探索适合中国国情的职业体育发展提供参考与借鉴。With the rapid development of China Table Tennis Super League （CT3＂SL）, the Table Tennis association that represents the sports event administrative centre and social group is still run by the same group of people running the two institutions. In the current operational system, different parties of the league are hard to become the community of interest. The current paper analyzed the major problems in CTTSL, and summarized several experiences and lessons from the development of CTTSL. Development ways were proposed to provide scientific references for the government＇s policy making for the professional sports with the Chinese characteristics.
