从《世界残疾报告》看我国适应体育发展现状与对策

摘　　要：由世界卫生组织和世界银行共同完成的《世界残疾报告》全面分析了世界残疾和残疾人状况,以及残疾人在医疗、康复、协助与支持、教育、工作与就业等面临的各种障碍,强调了残疾问题既是一个人权问题也是一个发展问题,提出了增进残疾人健康和福祉的行动指南。该报告对我国适应体育发展的启示为:正确认识残疾青少年学生面临的障碍,完善残疾人公共体育服务建设,提供专业适应体育人员服务,促进学校、社区、家庭三位一体的健康环境建设。The World Report on Disability jointly issued by WHO and the World Bank comprehensively analyzes the status of the disabled around the world and the difficulties they face in medical care, rehabilitation, assistance and support, education and employment. The report points out that the issue of disability is a human rights issue as well as a development issue. It also proposes the guidance for improving the health and well-being of the disabled. This report inspires the development of adapted sports in China in the following aspects： a correct understanding of the obstacles confronting adolescent students with disabilities, improving the public sports service for the disabled, providing the service of adapted sports instructors, and building a friendly environment for the disabled in schools, communities and families.
