河北省沿海地区空间结构、产业结构和组织结构分析

摘　　要：在河北省沿海地区发展上升为国家发展战略的背景下,运用区域空间结构关联维数模型、产业结构偏离-份额模型分别对河北省沿海地区空间结构、产业结构进行了实证分析,以地方政府机构设置、职能水平、地方政府之间的协调度等方面分析了河北省沿海地区的组织结构。最后根据实证结果,提出了优化河北省沿海地区空间结构、产业结构和组织结构的对策建议。As the Hebei coastal area has developed to national development strategy, the empirical analy- sis is made in terms of Hebei coastal area＇s spatial structure and industrial structure through geograph- ical spatial structure correlation dimension model, and industrial structure shift-share model. The coast- al area＇s organization structure is analyzed concerning local governmental institutional setup, functioning level, coordination degree, etc. Finally, in line with empirical findings, the strategies of how to opti- mize Hebei coastal area＇s spatial structure, industrial structure and organization structure are put for- ward.
