对非典型轴心晶间裂纹形貌缺陷的识别及剖析

摘  要:轴心晶间裂纹的典型形貌为:在酸浸试片上呈三岔的、曲折、细小,由坯料轴心向各方取向的蜘蛛嘲形的条纹。但有时当材料发生轴心晶间裂纹时,酸浸后表现出的缺陷形貌并不完全具备轴心晶间裂纹的典型特征,如果对缺陷性质发生错误判断,将会对后期的改进措施发生误导。就此,文章对此项实验展开微观分析。通过实验观察,发现样品裂纹中及裂纹旁分布着大量非金属夹杂物,并在纵截面观察到夹层等形成轴心晶间裂纹充分必要条件的证据。以此判定该缺陷为轴心晶间裂纹。The typical morphology of intergranular cracks in the axes were fine, winding and biforked, and the reticular cracks radiate from the axes. The atypical morphology of cracks were not the same as the typical ones, sometimes it was difficult to judge. To avoid misjudge which may lead to false corrective action, in this paper, the atypical morphology of intergranular cracks in the axes were discussed. Some nonmetal inclusion were found in the cracks and around the cracks,and the interlayers were also found in tile longitudinal profile. The intergranular cracks with such nonmetal inclusion and interlayers were judged to be the intergranular cracks in the axes.
