超声在糖尿病慢性并发症诊断中的应用

摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,糖尿病患病率逐年增高,当糖尿病病程达到10 a后或多或少都会发生一种或多种并发症,常见慢性并发症主要累及心脏、血管、神经。糖尿病并发症严重影响病人的生存状态,甚至威胁病人的生命安全。在糖尿病的诊疗过程中,并发症的早诊断、早治疗很重要,早期的干预治疗可以延缓并发症的发展进程,明显改善病人的远期生活质量。近年来,超声检查已广泛应用于各种疾病的筛查及诊断,在医学领域发挥着不可或缺的地位,本文将针对超声在糖尿病慢性并发症诊断中的应用予以综述。Over the recent years,the incidence of diabetes has been rising at an alarming rate. After 10 years into the course of disease,patients generally develop one or more types of complications,chronic complications of diabetes mainly involvingthe heart,vasculars and nerves,commonly. Complications of diabetes can severely affect patients＇ quality-of-life,and can even be life-threatening.Early diagnosis and treatment are critical because they can slow down the progression of complications,and can also improve patients＇ long term life quantity. Over the last few years,ultrasound has been widely used in screening and diagnosing many diseases,and has been playing of vital role in clinical medicine. This article will present an overview of ultrasound applications in diagnosing chronic complications of diabetes.
