摘  要:介绍了中国石化济南分公司为试产3号喷气燃料进行的原料选择、适宜组分考察及工业试生产情况。实验室试验及工业试生产结果表明以两套常压蒸馏装置的混合常二线为原料,利用Ⅰ柴油加氢装置可生产出符合3号喷气燃料技术要求的产品。另外,在实验室对润滑油加氢装置的副产物减三线、减四线加氢柴油依据喷气燃料技术要求进行了考察,结果表明减三线柴油性能稳定、优良,完全满足3号喷气燃料技术要求;减四线柴油性能较好,也可满足3号喷气燃料技术要求,但其低温粘度及密度大,若作为喷气燃料产品,需要对其进行馏程调控,以确保其质量合格及稳定。Feedstock selection, suitable component investigation and industrial trial produc tion of No.3 jet fuel in SINOPEC Jinan company were introduced.Laboratory test and indus trial trial production results show that No.3 jet fuel could be produced using the mixture of atmospheric cut 2 of two sets of atmospheric distillation unit as feedstock with No.1 diesel hydrogenation unit. In addition,byproducts of lubricating oil hydrogenation unit such as vacuum cut 3 hydrotreated diesel oil and vacuum cut 4 hydrotreated diesel oil were investi gated in laboratory accordance with technical requirement of No.3 jet fuel.The results show that vacuum cut 3 hydrotreated diesel oil fully meet technical requirement of No.3 jet fuel with stable and good performance and vacuum cut 4 hydrotreated diesel oil can also meet technical requirement of No.3 jet fuel with good performance.But the distillation range of vacuum cut 4 hydrotreated diesel oil need to be controlled to ensure its quality and stability for its large density and low temperature viscosity.
