摘 要:目的:研究脾氨肽口服冻干粉新的生物活性测定方法。方法:选用小鼠白细胞黏附抑制试验,通过对药物处理的不同浓度,粘附的不同时间,以及白细胞的不同浓度比较分析,检测3批脾氨肽口服冻干粉的体外生物活性。结果:经过比较,确定用2 mg·m L-1的药物处理浓度,黏附2 h,小鼠白细胞4×107个/m L用量,得到较好的结果。脾氨肽口服冻干粉与对照组相比,使未黏附白细胞显著增多(P<0.05),3批样品黏附抑制率均在20%以上。结论:白细胞黏附抑制试验可作为一种检测脾氨肽口服冻干粉体外生物活性的方法。Objective:To study biological activity test for Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder .Methods:Comparing differ-ent drug doses, different adhesion times and different concentrations of leucocyte , a serial of conditions on leucocyte adhesion inhibition test were testified with spleen lymphocytes .Three batches of spleen aminopeptide were used in these leucocyte adhesion inhibition tests.Results:2 mg· mL-1 of drug dose with 4 ×10 7 cells· mL-1 of mouse spleen leucocyte in 2 hours of adhesion time were testified as a good condition to test spleen aminopeptide .The ratio of non-adhesion leucocyte increased significantly compared with the normal group ( P〈0.05 ) and the leucocyte adhesion inhibition index ( LAI) achieved above 20%.Conclusion: Mouse leucocyte adhesion inhibition test can be used as a practical method to determine biological activity of Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder .
