骨科住院患者对连续护理认知状况的调查

摘　　要：目的了解骨科住院患者对出院后连续护理的认知状况,为患者回归社会后实现护理的连续性提供依据。方法对12所三级甲等医院474例骨科住院患者进行治疗相关知识、康复相关需求、社会生活需求调查。结果 474例患者连续护理知识总均分(2.66±1.22)分,其中,康复相关需求得分(2.68±1.20)分,治疗相关知识得分(2.66±1.24)分,社会生活需求得分(2.62±1.24)分。结论骨科住院患者对于连续护理的相关知识掌握不足,建议加强患者出院期间的健康教育,提高患者对连续护理的认知水平,促进早日康复。Objective To investigate inpatients/ continuous nursing cognition status in the department of orthopedics, so as to provide basis for realizing continuity nursing after discharge. Methods Totally ,474 patients in department of orthopedics from 12 3A - level hospitals were investigated with treatment - related knowledge, rehabilitation - related requirement and social life needs. Results The score of 474 inpatients ＇ continuous nursing cognition was （2.66 ±1,22） ,the scores of the treatment - related knowledge, rehabilitation requirement and social life needs were （2.68 ±1.20 ）, （ 2.66 ±1.24 ） and （ 2.62 ±1.24 ） , respectively. Conclusion Km〉wledge related to eoutinuous nursing of patients in the department of orthopedics is insufficient. Patients＇ health education should be strengthened after discharge and cognition on continuous nursing should be improved to promote rehabilitation.
